This could be a nice property, but is seems like no one cares. Toilet was clogged when I got there. No one answered when I called to get it fixed, so I went to the laundry room, got a plunger and did it myself. Thought I'd go relax by the pool. No tables or chairs there. Ice machine on floor 5 doesn't work. Defrosted the in-room fridge for them. You're welcome Hyatt. Woods in back should be nice for pets but it's all broken furniture, no poop bags and a lot of trash.

Good overall stay with our dog. Chose for the dog-friendly aspect, but as with other "pet friendly" LOL hotels, I have to ask, if you're pet friendly, why do you charge $75 PER, even for just one night? do you really do something extra extraordinary to my room that had a pet in it for 12 hours, after we leave? there are no carpets to clean. So what is the huge fee for? That said, the room was good, the pet areas were accessible, and we appreciated that we could stay there, but not the huge fee. There were no electrical outlets by the bed (crazy!) and none by the desk either, except for the one the lamp was plugged in to, so I guess you choose between the light and your laptop? Shower noise fromm room next door was loud enough to wake us up. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good. coffee was terrible. They do have a bar that opens at 5p and that was very welcome. Also one of the few hotels I've seen lately that still offer a paper - Love that! We will stay again on our monthly pass thru town. note to hotel: Put in some outlets by the bed!!

Toilet was stopped up and staff unable or unwilling to fix it. Room was good size and other wise clean.

(1) Front desk staff ranged from polite and sympathetic to friendly and helpful. However, the noise in the lobby at a little after midnight on the first night I stayed and the noise on the 6th floor between 1210 a.m. and 2 a.m. that same night were unacceptable. The guy on duty at the front desk was sympathetic, but seemed to think nothing could be done. This is apparently a long-standing problem on weekends and this was a Saturday night/Sunday morning. For the remaining 5 nights, there was not a noise problem. (2) Great location - easy access to good restaurants. Barnes and Noble, World Market, and a few other stores are directly across the street in Patton Creek shopping center. (3) The bed was comfortable and the water temp in the shower was great. I didn't put it at full heat, but it stayed warm for the whole 15 minutes. Good amenities in the shower. The AC was a little noisy, but it didn't interfere with sleep. (4) The room was a little run down, but generally looked clean. One exception: black hairs in shower. (My hair is brown.) (5) No outlets for the microwave and coffee maker on the counter above the refrigerator, so I moved the microwave. The outlet I tried didn't work, but another outlet probably would have worked. (6) I asked that no one enter my room for the 6 days and nights of my stay. That was noted, but the housekeepers speak virtually no English and someone did enter my room one afternoon. That person was clearly stopped before they were finished because, e.g., the bathmats were removed and not replaced. (7) I did not use housekeeping, but I did leave them a generous tip despite the fact that someone entered my room. I assumed that was a miscommunication and it was my choice not to use housekeeping. (8) I did not take advantage of the free breakfast, so I can't comment.

We paid extra to stay at what we thought would be a reputable and nice hotel. It was disgusting. I could have dealt with the rude staff but our hotel room was dirty. Couldn't even bring ourselves to shower. It was one of those just try and fall asleep then get up and get out.
